Hmm, more food to eat when you try to eat more? Normally I have a day like you, but for lunch I had a turkey sandwich, a kind of fruit, and then some pretzels or tremor rice. : D
Even your sandwich from time to time. Celery with peanut butter? Crazy? Pretzels? Etc =)

This is not a breakfast, which is a joke. Eat something more important! You're 14! You need to feed!

They have a poached or boiled egg with whole wheat or whole grain products and some fruits.

Watch out for granola bars are really very sweet. You should be in there something like vegetable soup or a sandwich with just meat and cheese.

With 14 years of age should not worry about calories, pets. Not if you eat properly and eat a good meal.

The answer to this question is not for everyone. It depends on your general health, lifestyle are, what your goals (lose weight) And more. To do for your size, do not weigh much! Try more protein and carbohydrates in your diet for dinner. To eat after a week of how he feels and is ready to make a change, if you notice any side effects.
