It was an article about the various herbs and minerals that you could try to alleviate the pain in the magazine a few months ago. I've tried, and seemed to work. However, I can not find me, and again just a few.

William, I can not read the magazine for women. But I know very well the natural remedy for pain, because they use a lot and do the work.
For fibromyalgia and muscle pain:
Magnesium Malate. I use it sometimes headaches. I use tablets Source Naturals.
For general pain:
Turmeric. I am using brand new chapter in a capsule.
For the burning pain Searing hardly the kind of crazy when I weaned from steroids to prescription:
Bromelain: This eats fibrin at the cellular level. Fibrin causes pain. Bromelain digested and voila: no more pain.
I also use techniques of mind over matter the pain. Rarely more experience of pain.
Some believe that the function of salicylic acid from willow bark for headaches. I have not really tried.
